Welcome, I'm glad you're here
Therapy can be a place to pause, take a breath, and reflect on what will genuinely support how you want to live and feel. It doesn’t require a crisis or a clear starting point, just a willingness to create space and approach things with curiosity and care.
I take great pride in my practical experience and in offering guidance that’s grounded in real-life understanding, not just theory. My work is compassionate, collaborative, and focused on building practical tools that you can carry into your everyday life. Whether you’re strengthening relationships, navigating stress, supporting others, or moving through change, we work together in a way that feels respectful, steady, and manageable.
You’re welcome to explore the site, learn more about how I work, or book an appointment or complimentary consultation to see if working together feels like the right fit - no pressure, just clarity.

Years of Practical & Situational Experience
My education is complemented by the privilege of working across a range of settings, including acute healthcare, youth treatment, and private practice. Each environment brings its own pace, pressures, and complexities, and those experiences continue to shape how I show up for my clients.
Working in real-world, high-impact settings has helped me develop a strong, practical understanding of how challenges show up in everyday life - not just in theory, but in context. It allows me to listen quickly for what matters most, understand the systems and relationships at play, and walk alongside you with steadiness and clarity.
Over time, this breadth of experience has also reinforced the importance of flexibility. No two people - or situations - are the same. My integrative approach draws from multiple therapeutic perspectives so that our work can be tailored to your unique needs, goals, and pace, rather than fitting you into a predetermined model.

Between Sessions
Clients often ask how I take care of my own mental health, given the responsibility of supporting others through meaningful and sometimes heavy work. The answer isn’t complicated or performative. It comes down to showing up for myself in simple, practical ways - protecting my time, paying attention to my limits, and integrating habits that support steadiness and balance.
Between sessions, I prioritize small, realistic practices that help me stay grounded and present, both personally and professionally. These are the same kinds of habits I often encourage clients to explore: ones that are sustainable, flexible, and woven into everyday life rather than added as another obligation.
At times, I share glimpses of what this looks like for me through my social channels - not as a prescription, but as an invitation. If it’s helpful, you’re welcome to follow along in the hope that it sparks reflection, offers ideas, or encourages small shifts that support your own well-being.
