ABOUT

I believe growth, healing, and new life emerge when we live mindfully in the present. When we live in either the past or the future, we waste precious energy in places where the chances of healing and transformation are minimal.

Using a spiritually integrated psychotherapeutic approach, I am interested in the interconnection of body, mind, and spirit. I believe that we are all complex beings often dealing with complex experiences, such as guilt, shame, fear, loss, isolation, anger, anxiety, and depression. Using a person-centred approach, I work with my clients towards healing and transformation.
